New Diorama selected as Camden Mayoral Charity 2012/13

In June 2012 the Mayor of Camden, Heather Johnson, announced that she had selected New Diorama as one of the Mayoral Charities 2012/13 for all of the community and outreach work we do as a theatre in the West Euston Area and throughout our borough.

Chosen alongside New Horizon Youth Centre, a day centre working with young people who are vulnerable, homeless or at risk, the year will see a range of fundraising events taking place in order to raise money towards both the nominated charities.

October 2012 saw our General Manager, Jemima Lee, take to the waves at the Lea Valley Centre as she White Water Rafted alongside 20 other wet-suited well-wishers, who generously donated their time to raise funds for New Diorama & NHYC.

Other fundraising events include a Charity Jazz Dinner at the wonderful St Pancras Renaissance Hotel, an evening of poetry with Andrew Motion at Lauderdale House, and a Quiz Night at NDT on Sunday 3rd March.
