Queens of Sheba represents Noveau Riché’s first foray into Fringe, and has now opened the 2018/19 season at New Diorama for a completely sold-out week long run. Lauded by publications such as The Guardian, this unapologetically confrontational piece that puts Misogynoir (misogyny directed towards black women where race and gender both play roles in bias) in the limelight.

Breach Theatre’s It’s True, It’s True, It’s True, which tackles the 1612 trial of Agostino Tassia for the rape of baroque painter Artemisia Gentileschi, will enjoy a run later on the season (16 Oct – 10 Nov), with tickets already selling quickly. This ‘considered, intelligent production’ (The Stage) is one not to be missed.
